Fix whatever currier on JVM

When we gut a WhateverCode to relocate its bits into a chained curry, don't copy over the p6bindsig op.
On MoarVM we use the VM binder and the curry doesn't go through
  "need full binder" path that pushes this op into declarations,
which is why the crash in the ticket was never observed on MoarVM.
