Fix line splitting in greppable

This effectively reverts 422f0d158a0671e18e6feaad11fc841e2183c6e7. Not sure what I was thinking.
Unfortunately, it turns out that git will match pdf files even with -I, so the output often includes binary garbage which breaks markdown output. Not sure how to fix that yet.		 16:17
