Util rurban: Ha! Well-spotted! I do not see how tools/dev/new_changelog_skeleton.pl got it wrong for 7.0.0, but after that, it will clearly keep being wrong until Changelog is corrected. 12:37
If you have not already corrected the Changelog, I will do so now. 12:40
Oh, and I do see how new_changelog_skeleton.pl got it wrong; I will fix that, too. 12:41
