* GSoC Mentor summit with dukeleto++
- a little M0 research, added explanation to the wiki page so others can jump in
- github.com/parrot/parrot/wiki/CPU-...Comparison
- lots of possible ways to improve Parrot (see parrot-dev)
- in response, alivs++ has already volunteered to be our documentation owner after a brief 9-year break from Parrot
* VMIL workshop at SPLASH
- cool ideas to steal
- 2 Dart talks
- good luck with that
- synchronization primitives in Habanero Java (possibly applicable to M0)
- ran into tewk++, who's been sneakily lurking until the time is right (hi, tewk)
*todo:
- finish M0 wiki page
- blog about gsoc (or add to documentation

hello\\ 19:31
benabik yo
NotFound Hola
benabik late report: DID: Updated documentation for opcode and oplib PMCs. Discovered I have enough information to do disassembly in Winxed. BLOCKERS: $THESIS, @TESTS 19:33
(At least I think that was this week. I lose track)
cotto How's this week been? Did anything explode or need special attention?
(other TODO: review green_threads)
I guess not. 19:36

whiteknight hello 19:36
cotto dukeleto is at Git Together and probably won't make it. 19:37
In my message to parrot-dev about what I got from the mentor summit, I mentioned a handful of smallish projects that could benefit Parrot. 19:38
These include investigating the bot that pdf.js uses, looking into stealing dddash.ep.io for Parrot and doing some analysis on past GSoC and GCI results. 19:39
Do those look interesting to any of you? 19:40
nine Interesting? All of them... but the scarce time I have will be best invested in green_threads. 19:44
cotto same here, but for other projects
It sounds like I'm not the only one shy on tuits. 19:47
benabik We're having a tuit recession. 19:48
We need a bailout.
cotto seems to be just us and the crickets in here 19:55
I'll keep trying to find people to do things or at least make sure they don't get dropped.
anything else? 19:56
bubaflub are we getting a team of people together to work on documentation? i'd love to help out 19:57
cotto bubaflub: talk to alvis. I was hoping he'd be here, though I neglected to invite him.
bubaflub cotto: sounds good 19:58
cotto We need to spend some time deciding on the overall structure. I'd like to consider putting everything in a github wiki (which is also a repo), but want to hash the idea out.
anything else? 20:04
Let's call it a wrap. 20:10
