Util # Done/Doing: 19:31
* Looking into FROGGS \\\\o/ bug. rurban might find it faster, though :)
* Smolder
+ Bisected test payload sizes, and disproved the theory that the problem had to do with size.
+ I can construct small uploads that succeed from Linux, but cannot pursue the problem deeper without logon credentials to the host.
+ A few minutes ago, I requested a reboot from OSUOSL. I will check Smolder's uploading after that.

Hello! Who all is in attendance? 19:32
Chirag Hi!
rurban Me 19:33
Done:
* Fixed several pull requests
* Merged several new and old branches: -t flags, fast tests, setlocale,
pio_nr_open-3-gh1093, trap on x86_64
* lot of caging: cc warnings, -t flags, const env API, add missing manpages,
Work:
* rurban/corosgh564: add and fix tests - ready
* rurban/coro-reset-gh564: added Coroutine.reset - ready
* darwin build changes to be able to use gdb (link static, no -undefined dynamic_lookup)
* gerdr/socket-readline-gh944: looks bad
To be reviewed:
* smoke-me/newlines3-gh1087: strange smoke signals with 0xa0/  as whitespace
Also wanted to look at FROGGS \\\\o/ bug, but my perl6 is broken right now 19:34
and talked with perl6 about coros. .reset is basically not needed. they clone a coro, which is better anyway 19:35
Util rurban: This worked for me earlier today: 19:36
perl Configure.pl --gen-moar --gen-parrot --gen-nqp --backends=moar,parrot ; make install
rurban That's what I usually, but I had several parrot and nqp branches in testing 19:39
Util OK
rurban And I still only have my small laptop, no big machines yet
Chirag Hi rurban! So, are you in Dresden now?
rurban yes, almost finished moving. 8hr workday already 19:40
Chirag oh
rurban had 4 parrot days so far :)
Chirag :) 19:41
rurban and made p2 as fast as C (for the small benchmarks)
And I started cleaning up old tickets 19:42
Chirag Now that I have more time, I will start to figure out an approach for the autoboxing problem 19:43
rurban great, I also have some time now
I looked at coros and normal calls already, -tc will give now better trace diagnostics 19:44
and find_method dispatch diagnostics also
./parrot —help-debug 19:45
Chirag nice!
rurban you can add a temp trace flag (as I did for coros in rurban/coro-reset-gh564), to follow the boxing 19:46
we have quite a few trace flags left 19:47
Chirag I will try it out this weekend..
rurban I still need to make my temp darwin fixes permanent somehow. Does anybody else gdb under darwin?
Util I will when I next need it, but have not yet. Back when I was needing gdb, I was on my old Macbook that lacked gdb, and did all the debugging on Linux. 19:49
rurban I was not sure if I am the only one with this problem before I fixed it. 19:51
I'll submit a ticket then, and make a branch. rpath is also outstanding there
Util I like that plan. 19:53
rurban: btw, the Internet says that Apple wants us to use `lldb` instead now. 19:55
Anything else to discuss? From anyone? 19:58
Chirag Nothing from me 19:59
Util OK. Thanks everyone! 20:00
Meeting adjourned.
Chirag Thanks!
