whiteknight WHAT I DID: 18:18
* Tried to help nine with his debugging. Failed. He figured out the remaining problems. Ran a bunch of tests for him.
* Started a new ParrotStore project. Currently offers working interfaces to memcached and mysql. MongoDB and SQLite interfaces are in development. PostgreSQL client interface is in conceptualization phase.
* Working on GSOC stuff. Have most of the mentor<->student assignments ready, will send emails to affected people soon.
* Set up a Parrot build environment in a WinXP VM I have. Ran tests (not able to do smoke reports yet).
WHAT I WILL DO:
* Get SQLite interfaces for ParrotStore working.
* Set up a test suite for ParrotStore.
* Try to finish up my remove_sub_flags branch and get it ready for wide testing.
* Hope to get back to work on green threads support for Windows).

nine Hello, #ps 19:14
whiteknight hello 19:20
wait, we have 10 minutes
cotto yup 19:21
whiteknight my clock-reading skills are poor, don't try and trick me like that! 19:22
cotto howdy 19:30
NotFound Hola
cotto How's this week been? 19:33
I was getting some test failures that threatened to block the release, but it looks like they've stopped failing.
nine I think my mail from yesterday to parrot-dev said it all: threads has become stable. Well at least all my test programs run stable. The GC problem was one mean bug, but it's nailed. Back to writing on my thesis now. 19:38
whiteknight yes, and master definitely seems stable enough to release like normal 19:39
There hasn't actually been too much work in master, more work in branches

cotto branches are great 19:41
I'll consider the release not blocked.
benabik I'd love to figure out why Coke's having issues with bignum and gziphandle... But I can't replicate the issue. :-/ 19:42
Coke I'm happy to run whatever diagnostics you like. 19:45
benabik Coke: I have no idea what the basic problem is. :-/ Neither error is making sense to me. 19:48
cotto Can someone commit to figuring out Coke's issues? I'm not likely to have the tuits. 19:49
whiteknight I'm 100% unfamiliar with mac, so I can offer my well-wishes only 19:52
benabik I can look into it a bit, but I'm supposed to be doing thesis work. :-/ 19:54
whiteknight: The bignum.t error originates in IMCC, and I know that's your favorite. :-D
NotFound The gziphandle failure can be some line ending conversion problem? 19:55
benabik Seems unlikely. It's hitting not-EOF on a binary (gzip) file. 19:56
whiteknight benabik: if you can figure out what's wrong, I'll be happy to submit patches 19:58
benabik whiteknight: If you can tell me what IMCC_int_from_reg does, maybe I can figure it out. :-D 19:59
cotto any other issues? 20:05
whiteknight cotto: none
cotto alright. let's call it a wrap
