alvis What I did: 19:15
* Updated 'docs/index/index.json' to include source lines from 'docs/index/book.json' to allow for more uniform presentation of the 'Parrot Developer's Guide: PIR (draft) on the 'docs/html/index.html' page.
* Completed fixes to 'tools/release/parrot_github_release.pl'
* Updated 'index.html' to 'parrot.github.com' to reflect the changes above.
* Corrected a misleading error in the text of 'docs/project/release_parrot_github_guide.pod' and corrected the result of the error in 'index.html' of 'parrot.github.com'.
* Continued work on alternative, conforming m0 implementation. ("Progress is slow, but I'm in it for the long haul." Will McAvoy in the HBO's new hit-show, "The Newsroom")

* found and fixed some minor errors, otherwise master was pretty silent.
* did two releases and blogged about it. one even with a nice image.
* tested master/io_cleanup1 and threads on debian64, cygwin,
solaris gcc 32bit + cc 64bit, openbsd and debian/ppc32.
TODO:
* wait for the missing parrot.org account to update the docs there also.
* provide qemu images to others for ppc, ppc64, sparc, sparc64 (native_pbc).

cotto hello 19:31
alvis hello 19:32
benabik hi 19:33
cotto I've been up to my eyeballs in $dayjob. How's this week been? 19:35
alvis Busy on this end, as well. 19:37
cotto rurban, you seem to have ssh access to parrot.org. Does it work?
alvis qlq 19:57
cotto fire away
alvis cotto, did you ever come to a decision about www.parrotblog.org/ ?
whether or not to tear it down, redirect to parrot.org or ...? 19:58
I note, allison and coke where talking about it on #parrot today.
cotto If someone has the tuits to move it, +1 19:59
alvis I'm not sure, but I think you and allison (don't know about others) are the only one's with the authority to do it. I've checked, and I don't. I don't have an admin bit for it.
cotto that can be fixed 20:00
alvis 'k. If you give me one, I'll tend to it.
allison alvis: it's easy to fix, I just need to know what to do with it
alvis: do you want it forwarded to parrot.org?
(the DNS, I mean) 20:01
alvis allison: yes, it needs to redirect to parrot.org, but ... do we also want to archive it someplace? That seems a question for my betters. 20:03
allison alvis: okay, well just let me know when you want to switch the dns over
alvis There's a mechanism (though I haven't used it) to roll it up for archive. 20:04
Ok, I'll check on it further and get back with you. Thanks!
allison alvis: if you want, I can switch the DNS now, and just leave parrotdev.blogspot.com running 20:05
benabik +1
allison (it has two addresses)
alvis allison: That'd work! Yes, please.
If someone'll give me an admin bit, I'll try to roll it up this weekend and find a nice, quiet corner for it on parrot.org. 20:09
I'll even post a blog about the redirect, the roll up, and the archive! :)
allison alvis: okay, DNS switched (will take a while to propagate) 20:11
alvis allison++
allison alvis: and, if you give me a gmail address I'll add you as admin on the blogger site
alvis ac.yardley@gmail.com
allison alvis: you'll get an invitation in your inbox in a few minutes 20:18
alvis allison: Sounds good. Thank you!
allison alvis: thank *you* :)
alvis That's all from me. Gotta go. 20:22
20:22 alvis left
rurban cotto: not yet. they are still fighting with OSCON and me. 20:25
more OSCON than me I assume 20:26
