ugexe a better mechanism is needed for choosing what distribution to use when an installed bin/script wrapper is invoked. Currently you cannot have a bin/script sub MAIN with a :$name, :$ver, or :$auth parameter (you can, it will just blow up unexpectedly) 16:36
if the wrapper must add CLI parameters to all scripts, they should probably have less common names (hijacking --name= for instance) 16:38
