ugexe nine: is it enough to install a 3rd party CUR for its precomp to work? or does it have to be included in the rakudo build? 15:20
"for its precomp to work" -> "for it to load precompiled modules including dependencies" 15:21
grr. installing it still gives me 'Serialization Error: missing static code ref for closure 'resources' (/Users/ugexe/repos/Perl6-CompUnit--Repository--Lib/t/test-libs/CECF2DDE6951E23F6F0E469FC3A3006444B8FFB3/lib/Acme/Foo/Resources.pm6:3)' during the try-load(...) in need() 15:41
if i rename the `sub resources` that error also changes. the file itself is simple as can be (github.com/ugexe/Perl6-CompUnit--R...urces.pm6) 15:43
(error changes from 'resources' to 'whatever-i-change-name-to')

nine Custom repos and precompilation is very tricky. You have to ensure that the precompiled code does not directly reference the repo in any way 17:12
ugexe I think I've avoided that. the two test dists in test-libs/ don't refer to any specific repo anyway 17:20
