ugexe im guessing it ended up being a network hiccup? 15:31
heh, can't declare a lib that has a `,` in the path. i wonder if we should follow perl 5 and use `:` since it seems slightly less likely to be used 15:46

tbrowder imho, commas in modern paths are to be shunned (shades of rcs haunting us) 16:46
leont In Perl5 the path separator is : on Unix and VMS, and ; on Windows, it follows the PATH environmental variable. 16:52

ugexe users dont get to choose their home directory 18:20
you can shun it, but its not ideal to just say "well change your HOME path / user" 18:21

tbrowder ugexe: not trying to be smart, just can’t think of commas in a path except PERL6LIB (which i thought was different), rcs files, and somewhat common in college stdent use on SUNOS 19:42
(file names, not as dir separators) 19:44
ugexe im talking about directories with a comma
tbrowder weird, where do you see those? 19:48
