The problem with this is that it's not exactly clear which elements/properties belong to which parameters. I think waht would make the most sense would probably be a List (indexed by position in the declaration, cf S06:767) of Hash (keyed by property, eg slurpy, positional, named, etc). This would allow an easy 21:31
check for slurpies in, say, infix:<...> by using 'if +&generator.signature.params.grep( *.<slurpy> )'
It's also decidedly clumsy to pull keyed info out of an Array of Pair 21:32
