guifa I’m not sure I’ve seen an actual implementation. I’m just reading over the RFC’s. It seems the basic filter (where a language code like de-Latn-DE would not be matched to a query of de-DE because it first lowercases, then goes hyphen-delimited element at a time) was designed to be fast but not particularly comprehensive 20:43
More I think about it, the “extended” should probably be default, as it’s a bit more DWIM 20:44
