So don't create any files in $*TMPDIR anymore, take the ones that were used for development in the "q" directory

Introduce --headers option for --csv-per-line

And make the default to --headers=auto, which produces each line of CSV as a hash, keyed on the header. All other :headers options of Text::CSV are also supported
