| gtodd | Util: I think it has to do with charsets xterm perl5.16.2's perldoc and groff's handing of utf8 and other $ENV stuff like $PAGER/$PERLDOC which do nasty things to "perldoc -ud packfile-api.c" or so that it stalls on making a text manual page version of a pod in /tmp/<random> | 20:14 | |
| Util: if fact I just rebuilt my "broken" repo by doing it in a non utf8/font xterm with tcsh and an empty environment .... possibly some enviroment not being cleaned somewhere ... anyway definitely strange and not a bug and strange that the existence of packfile-c.pod and ops/bit.pod touched it off | 20:16 | ||
