gdey hello all! 00:44
I just finished reading the Perl6Book. There is a lot of work it seems to be done, and I was going to start offering up patches, and pull requests. But wanted to go through the current pull requests and issues to make sure I was not duping anything. However, it seems that things are a bit stale. Is anyone managing the pull request, issues, and repo? 00:53
For instance there is a very simple pull request that removed a word duplication that's been sitting open for 22 days. 00:54
I am will to go through the issues, and pull requests, and merge them in as need. 00:56
I already was given commit access to the repo, but wanted to come here and see what the established procedures and policies were, before doing things. 00:57
moritz gdey: the establish procedure is just doing things 05:00
gdey: and yes, in the last weeks I did neglect the book, mostly due to time issues
gdey: I'd be glad to see you applying such small patches and fixing things
gdey Moritz: Okay, cool! 05:01
Thanks, did not want to step on anyones toes. 05:02
moritz gdey: one of our mottos is "forgiveness is better than permission" :-) 05:03
