timo it kind of looks like the fix in my merge request might not be complete after all 00:54

timo (rebase to make CI work again)
why the F is trying to compile nqp on windows leading to an access violation in azure with my utf8 fix pull request? :\ 19:58
but one build job fails relatively early in NQP building (but not the first file) and the other seems to run successfully through even the rakudo build 19:59
i don't think there's any difference in the moar and nqp stages of the build between relocatable and non-relocatable 20:00
rerunning it after it failed now it works, ship it! lol 23:11
Geth MoarVM/build_fuzzing_targets: f7378b4245 | (Timo Paulssen)++ | fuzzing/stream_decoder.c

Add --fuzzing to Configure.pl with helpful output

nmake doesn't have addsuffix, so if the Makefile just had my new rules in it, nmake would immediately reject the Makefile.
