Suggest NFC, NFD, NFKC, NFKD when trying to do "foo".Uni

All of these methods create a Uni object, but calling .Uni on a string will *not* (because there is no such method).
This commit changes the error from:
No such method 'Uni' for string 'foo'.
to:
No such method 'Uni' for string 'foo'. Did you mean any of these:
   'NFC', 'NFD', 'NFKC', 'NFKD'?'

Make some only method raku multi on instantiated invocant

So that trying to do a .raku on the type object will actually work rather than throwing a:
Invocant of method 'raku' must be an object instance of type
'Hash::Ordered', not a type object of type 'Hash::Ordered'. Did you
   forget a '.new'?
