Make NQPClassHOW.roles(:$local) optional

In the original commit by jnthn in 2010 (a06c07c04e), the named argument to the "roles" method was made obligatory, just like many other methods that were created at that time.
Since then, all of the other methods that had a :$local named argument, have made them optional. Except the "roles" method.
This commit fixes that.		 10:14
