doc-website/deprecate_independent_route: 0621613525 | finanalyst++ | Website/plugins/raku-doc-setup/deprecated-urls
resolves #387

Caddy silently rewrites the first item in the amended file to the second. So any outside request is just redirected. I'm not sure we need to generate a 3xx redirect. If that's really important, a deeper dive into Caddy will be needed.

doc-website/remove_redundant_plugins: 8d84de6880 | finanalyst++ | 100 files
Remove ogden-webb, deprecate-span & raku-repl plugins

  - only deprecate-span was enabled - for `D<>` markup.
   - In RakuDoc v2, `D<>` is used for inline definitions, and developer markup has been specified, making this rendering of `D<>` wrong.
   - `D<>` is not used in Raku documentation sources
  - ogden-web contains the templates for the old web-site, and is likely buggy now.
  - raku-repl created an evaluation bar for running a REPL in a container with arbitrary Raku code, then returning the result.
   - the functionality was met with resistance, so was disabled, now its likely buggy
